At The Universal Farm, we see education as a living system, one that adapts, evolves, and grows just as children do. Our role is not to fill children, but to create the conditions for deep, lifelong learning to take root.
Guided by the work of Dr. Ida Rose Florez, we think in regenerative principles, wholes, circles, networks, and dynamic systems. We honour cycles and seasons, adapt to children's rhythms, and act generatively, creating more life, possibility, and belonging than we take.
Following these principles within a learning community restores us, each other, and the land…we all stand to mutually thrive. Children feel safe, seen, and connected here; this is where confidence, compassion, and curiosity flourish.

The Universal Farm has achievedIndependent School Registration and will be opening its doors in September 2026 to a cohort of Reception and Key Stage 1 learners. Our initial intake will offer a progressive and largely outdoor learning environment for a single class entry of children aged 4 to 7 years old for a maximum of 10 children. We are accepting expressions of interest and completed applications. If you are considering The Universal Farm for your child, we are also offering a free taster day on a Monday or Tuesday up until the end of this summer term.
We have achieved registration as a progressive independent school that offers an individually tailored education that pulls away from comparison and competition and leans into creativity, collaboration and healing. We are currently open for a 2 day offer for interested families and children registered to start with us in September 2026 on a Monday and a Tuesday.
